The Woodzone is a location that appears in the Sonic the Comic series published by Fleetway Editions. It is a forest Zone on Mobius and has a reputation for being the safest Zone on the planet.[1]
Description[]
The Woodzone is a quaint village area surrounded by trees on all sides. Known for being the safest Zone on Mobius, the Woodzone has an incredibly low crime rate. The Woodzone also has a particularly inept police force, with officers prioritizing baked goods over the law and arriving too late to stop crimes.[1]
History[]
No More Heroes[]
The Woodzone was one of the many Zones that Miles "Tails" Prower patrolled regularly. Unknowingly though, the Zone was run by a corrupt Zone Leader, who was secretly turning the inhabitants of the Zone into Badniks with a hidden Badnik Processing Plant. Under the guise that the Zone was too peaceful to need heroes, the Zone Leader would ban heroes from the Zone and left the inept police force in charge of its safety. Despite this, Tails stuck around undercover in a disguise after being chased away, and was thus able to expose the Woodzone Leader's scheme.[1]
