The White Material is an object that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. It is a type of Material from the Lost Hex which is used for construction.

Description

White Materials take the appearance of white and light blue lumps in the form of icicle-like hexagons. Despite the substance's apparent consistency, it is very versatile in building a number of devices.

Overview

In gameplay in the Nintendo 3DS version of Sonic Lost World, the White Materials are used in conjunction with other Materials to create RC Vehicles. The player can earn White Materials by clearing Frozen Factory's Zones. The Rank the player gets from clearing the Zones determines the amount of White Material earned:

	5 Materials
	3 Materials

As an alternative to collecting White Materials, the player can combine other Materials in Tails' Lab to create White Materials. To create one White Material, the player needs at least three Blue Materials.
