You maybe looking for Whirlwind.

The Whirlwind S7[1] is Tails' signature racing car. In Japanese, it is known as MTP-01 Wheelwind (MTP-01ホイルーウインド?) in Sonic Drift and MTP-02 Wheelwind S7 (MTP-2ホイルーウインドS7?) in Sonic Drift 2.

The Whirlwind S7 is a yellow and white race car. In Sonic Drift, it is similar to a F1 car circa 1960-70. Its exhausts are perched under the spoiler, not on the back bumper, and it has a white front panel.

Game appearances

Sonic Drift

The Whirlwind S7 first appears in Sonic Drift, where it has been being called as MTP-01 Wheelwind.[2] It is good to control in cornering, but has otherwise low max speed. For Special Power, Tails uses a flying leap to dash forward. The special power has rather the same effect as Jump Springs.

Sonic the Hedgehog's Gameworld

The Whirlwind S7 along with other three characters' vehicles from Sonic Drift are being used in "Car Race" minigame in Sonic the Hedgehog's Gameworld, as the Whirlwind S7 is Tails' racing car. The player has to race around the circular track at one-lap kart race.

Sonic Drift 2

Tails' racing car is once again seen in Sonic Drift 2, where it has been renamed as MTP-02 Wheelwind S7 in the Japanese version of the game.[3] The car appears to be slightly redesigned, with the jet engines being removed and rear wheels that has been downscaled to match the front wheel, into more resembling a real life Lotus Super Seven. In this game, Tails and his racing car is all-round racer without any strengths or weaknesses and like in Sonic Drift, his Special Power is a flying leap. It can be also done in turns.
