Like most of the Board type Extreme Gears in Sonic Riders: Zero Gravity, the Wheel Custom has a board-like shape, but is thicker and smoother than the Board type Extreme Gears in Sonic Riders. It is colored pistachio, with thick beige edges on the front and rear, along with orange exhaust ports on the rear and a orange light on the front. It has as well two black and purple circular foot panels on the top surface, with a dark green area between them.
