Whale Point is the tutorial stage of Sonic Rush Adventure and is located on Southern Island. After Marine crashes her ship, the S.S. Marine, Tails suggests he can build her a new one. In order to do so however, they need material, and Sonic volunteers to search out the material needed as Marine herself cannot due to the recent earthquakes that have blocked the path.
The layout of the level is very simple and open, allowing the player to fully explore the controls and movements of the character.
