The Warp Wall[1] is a gimmick that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. It is a mystical wall with the ability to teleport the user to different locations.
Description
Warp Walls are depicted as a rectangular area with ancient carvings that resembles those found in the real-life Egyptian ruins.
Overview
In Sonic Adventure 2, and its enhanced port Sonic Adventure 2: Battle, the Warp Holes can be found in all the Hunting Stages. In gameplay, they allow the player to instantly teleport to different locations or otherwise unreachable areas with hidden items when interacting with them, making them very useful for players when searching for Emerald Shards. To use them in gameplay, the player has to climb up on the surface of the Warp Wall and then use Dig near the oval shape on the picture.
Trivia
- Warp Walls are very similar to Warp Holes as they both transport the user into a different locations in the Stages.
