You're gonna rescue him?

— Wanda Whipple, "The Flames of Disaster"

Wanda Whipple is a character that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog film series produced by Paramount Pictures and its spin-offs.

Appearance[]

Wanda is a human with long black hair done up in a ponytail and often wears blue shirts with 'FBI' on them in yellow.

History[]

Past[]

Wanda was the first born to Pete Whipple and Wendy. At an unknown age, her father abandoned her little brother, Wade, in a department store, ultimately abandoning her as well as her mother to continue his bowling career. During every Shabbat dinner, Wanda would bully Wade. Eventually, she joined the FBI.

Knuckles[]

The Shabbat Dinner[]

Wanda reunites with her estranged brother, Wade, when he and Knuckles were branded fugitives, and her mother fainted due to the latter's presence, but later invites the latter to be a part of the Shabbat dinner later, while Wanda, still suspicious, uses a metal detecting wand to search Knuckles for weapons, thankfully he had none. Despite being a federal agent, Wanda had never heard of G.U.N. and believed it was made up, even making up a name, to which Wade did the same before eventually erupting into an argument between the two siblings after Wanda stabbed Wade in his arm with a fork, which ended with Wade secluding himself in his bedroom. Later that night, when bounty hunters arrived to collect the reward on Wade, Wanda was attacked by one with a chain, which she sarcastically remarked him as a video game character and, despite revealing her status as an FBI Agent, was nearly eliminated when she was saved by Knuckles. Eventually, after Knuckles and Wendy incapacitated the last of the bounty hunters, she joined her brother, mother, and Knuckles to watch the candles lit for their Shabbat to extinguish.

The Flames of Disaster[]

When Wade was grabbed by his old friend and bounty hunter, Jack Sinclair, Wanda asked Knuckles if he was going to rescue him, to which he declined, making her remark she won't either. Eventually, Wade returned on Jack's bike, also wearing the latter's hat and jacket. She and Wendy later accompany Knuckles and Wade on their trip to Reno.

Reno, Baby[]

What Happens in Reno, Stays in Reno[]

Personality[]

Powers and abilities[]

Weakness[]

Wanda is very proud and has quite an ego, which can be seen by the way she refused an offer from Wade to uncuff her, and instead chose to break one of her own thumbs to slip out.

Relationships[]

Wade Whipple[]

Wade Whipple is Wanda's younger brother. Most of time they've had a pretty neutral relationship, but there are times when their relationship is very negative, even violent, as Wanda had no problem stabbing a fork into Wade's arm for no legitimate reason; however, after the Buyer incident, their relationship seems to have become healthy, as she helped to keep Wade's trophy away from their father.
