As the name suggests, this boss is modeled directly after Volanda, the second boss of Fantasy Zone; as such, it acts exactly the same way. It is entirely immobile and has a set of orbiting Block Balls guarding a set of orbiting weak points, and a weapon that sends a barrage of projectiles from above. The player has to take down all the weak points, which do not go down in one shot, while avoiding the projectile rain.

In Time Attack, this is the only boss that the player must still fight to complete its corresponding act.
