Victor Joseph Mignogna is an American Anime Award winning voice actor, singer, and songwriter who has done voice work for the English dub of the Sonic the Hedgehog series. He was the fourth English-speaking actor to voice E-123 Omega and was the successor to Maddie Blaustein. Mignogna was later succeeded by Aaron LaPlante.
History
In late 2018 to early 2019, allegations of sexual harassment against Mignogna surfaced on Twitter, with some dating back as far as 1989.

- Mignogna once tweeted a picture of what he believed to be an E-123 Omega action figure he had seen on display at a convention. In actuality it was a rare figure of E-102 Gamma created by ReSaurus for Sonic Adventure.[1]
- During his tenure as Omega, Mario & Sonic at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games was the only game where he did not voice Omega, with him instead using his voice clips from Sonic Heroes, where he was voiced by Jon St. John.
