Hello everyone! I am trying something new, and that is a new way users can be awarded for their work. I give you: The Emerald Awards! These are a series of Monthly awards that are given to a wide variety of users, and of course, YOU DECIDE! Active editors, sociable users, Admins, artist, Users new and old can revive these titles! Of course, there are rules; So look at them Here. I will list the general rules in this blog. The winner of of an Emerald will receive a custom user box they can but on their user page!
If you are wondering why i did not make Site Discussion about this; it is because we have like 10 going on right now and i am not sure if i want to make this an official contest.
But that aside, let's get on with on with our contestants for the 1st ever Emerald Awards!
General Rules[]
Here are some general rules all users must abide by in order to qualify (along with the sub rules for each award):
- No user that has been site Banned ANY time during the mouth in question can not receive ANY Emerald.
- IF the user was banned BEFORE the mouth in question and becomes unbanned, That user can qualify for an Emerald.
- IF the user was banned unfairly and then became unbanned during that mouth, That user can qualify for an Emerald.
- No user that has made less than 1 edit during the mouth in question can not receive ANY Emerald.
- No Alternate accounts or Bots can not receive ANY Emerald.
- A Featured User can qualify for an Emerald even if they were featured in the mouth in question.
- All qualified users will be listed in a poll-style voting.
Administrator of the Month (Master Emerald)[]
This title is awarded to the Administrator who demonstrates Admin abilities the best, Follows the Administrators' how-to guide, and actively helps the community with anything.

This title is awarded to the Chat Moderator who demonstrates Chat Mod abilities the best, is actively on the chat, and ensures the stability of the Chat.

Rollback of the Month (Blue Emerald)[]
This title is awarded to the Rollback who demonstrates Rollback abilities the best, constantly cheeks edits, and prevents spam and vandalism on the wiki.

This title is awarded to the user who has displayed editing above and beyond the expectations & standards of editing on Sonic News Network.

This title is awarded to the user who has interacted with a variety of users, talks to users over a large spectrum of topics, and has a friendly, positive attitude.

This title is awarded to the user who has posted a blog that attract the interest and attention of users.

Artist of the Month (Light Blue Emerald)[]
This title is given to the user who shows superior art skills in Originality, Style, and Detail.
