I liked Nerfuffle's redesigns of Sonic characters so I wanted to make some of my own. Enjoy and comment. Edit: If you are having trouble looking at the pictures click them for a closer view.

This is the first drawing I made. The yellow scarf is based off one of Nerfuffle's old idea s for Sonic's redesign.
I gave Espio a more ninja look. Replaced his shoes with traditional Japanese sandals. A ninja uniform. A mouth cover (a lot of ninjas have them for some reason). And I also drew him doing the crane pose.
I gave Nack Proto Man style shades. A revolver based laser gun with laser pointer so he can shoot more accurately. A vest based on the Sniper from TF2's vest.And even though you can't see it a necklace with a crocodile tooth.
