Sonic & Sega All Stars Racing - Hidden Crush 40 song

Why didn't SEGA use this for the main theme instead of that other song....? They need to use Crush 40 more. Like the Crush 40 version of Seven Rings in Hand is better than the normal one, right? And the same goes for "Free" i'd say...
