— Jeffrey Drummond

Hey, everyone. My name is Jeffrey. If there's one reason why I'm here, it's this: I am a fan of Sonic the Hedgehog, all his friends, and even all the games and adventures which await for them every day. I have always wanted to leave my mark on the world, and I will do this by any means necessary.

What got me started with this wiki was, naturally, my passionate interest in the blue hedgehog we all know and love, and as time went on between me and my experiences, I've been wanting to share my discoveries with the whole community. So, when I joined the Sonic News Network, I was excited to show the world what I knew. Whether it's trivia on a character, a transcript for an episode, or even just fixing a simple error, if it needs to be shown, I will show it.

I hope you enjoyed learning about me, and I shall continue to contribute to our growing community for years to come.

About me

I live in Hope Valley, Rhode Island, and I graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a computer science major in May 2020. I enjoy the peace and tranquility that exists in my home, and it always provides me the ideal environment for what I typically do best: thinking and creating. When I'm not in school, I enjoy watching TV online, playing Sonic video games, or even drawing. But the one thing I dedicate most of my free time to when not online is writing.

I first got into Sonic when I was ten years old, and the first video game I ever played based on Sonic was Sonic Heroes for XBox. I wasn't used to the high-speed gameplay that was associated with the games, but as I further advanced into developing my passion for Sonic games, I feel as though I've become one with the wind. Sometimes, I could stay up for hours at night playing Sonic games and not even feel tired the next morning. My favorite Sonic games are the three entries in the Sonic Riders series, especially Sonic Free Riders.

Other than his world-class speed, the biggest quality that I admire in Sonic is his positive outlook on life and his friends; he wants the best for everyone he meets, and he doesn't dwell on the negative qualities of the past. this has inspired me to feel the same, and it has really made a positive impact on my outlook of life.

Note and Asking for Help

I've been doing a lot of work on the Sonic Boom Transcripts, but because there are so many that haven't yet been written, I can't keep track of all of their signs of progress. So, I would greatly appreciate any help to them that I can get. I primarily find the episodes on YouTube and Dailymotion and use them to help me write their transcripts out.
