Underground Zone is a Zone that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog comic series and its spin-offs published by Archie Comics. It is located mostly underground and consists of ground and lava, located on South Island.

History

Sonic the Hedgehog engaged the Egg Antlion and the members of the Super Special Sonic Search & Smash Squad in the Underground Zone in order to rescue Breezie the Hedgehog, whom he believed to be their hostage.
