The Umbrella Boost is a Boost Item that appears in Sonic Forces: Speed Battle
Description The Umbrella Boost takes the form of Big 's umbrella, which has a yellow screen.
Overview In gameplay, Umbrella Boost can only be obtained at random from Item Boxes by Big the Cat . As with all other Items, Metal Sonic can also use the Umbrella Boost if he uses the Steal Item to steal it from Big.
When used, the user pulls out their umbrella and opens it up in front if them, causing it to catch the wind coming in from behind and carry the user forward at high speed. In gameplay, this greatly increase the speed of the user for a short time and allows them to damage enemies and opponents on contact, resulting in the latter losing Rings and being slowed down heavily.
