The World of Golden Axe is a location that appears in the Worlds Unite crossover published by Archie Comics. It is an alternate Zone connected to the multiverses hosting Sonic's World and Mega Man's World. This world was among the many to come under threat from Sigma, forcing its inhabitants to rise up alongside the heroes of the Unified Army.

History

Worlds Unite

When Sigma sent several Mavericks to different worlds, Gareth and Berkana attempted to set an Unity Engine in the Yurian Forest, but met local resistance. When Shadow Man and Antoine D'Coolette arrived to help, they saw Gilius Thunderhead destroying Gareth's lion. Shortly after, Ax Battler finished Gareth. Berkana mocked Tyris Flare and tried to limit her with magic, but Tyris finished the witch Reploid with her Fire Ghost magic. After dealing with the Mavericks, the three warriors talked with Shadow Man and Antoine and learned about the current events.
