Overview[]
The Treasury is essentially an inventory where the player can look up all 247 different items they can acquire and identify in Adventure Mode. Some of them are collected through playing certain Missions, while others are weapons crafted by the Blacksmith. By selecting an item with the cursor or the Pointer and then pressing will allow the player to read the details of each item, such as its item name, icon, rarity level, description, and total number of said items in the player's possession.
Some items the player has in the Treasury can be sent to other Sonic and the Black Knight players via Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection, as long as they are registered in the player's Friend Roster. The player presses while the item description is open, the game will access the player's Friend Roster where they can choose the person who will receive one of the player's items. To receive the presents that were sent to the player, close any item detail windows and press the .
The Treasury has a number of rules and restrictions in place for item trades. A maximum of ten items can be selected as presents for a three day period; each item will be posted individually for three days regardless of whether the other player picks up the present or not. Once the transaction is completed, the recipient will gain an item the giver will the item they offered.
Treasury features a delivery window for the player to use. All of the presents the player has sent will appear on the top right portion of their inventory. Icons of the items will appear clockwise, in the order they were delivered. The player already have ten icons displayed, a waiting time will also indicate when their next transaction can be made. Also worth of noting about Treasury mode is that the Purple Ring displayed at the bottom of the screen indicates that the game is transferring data; the Yellow Ring indicates that the player's information is being autosaved.
