Toy Factory, LLC. is an American company founded in Texas in 1999 that produces original and licensed stuffed toys and novelty products for the amusement parks, indoor family entertainment centers and skill crane machines. In 2016, Toy Factory started producing Sonic the Hedgehog toys.

In Toy Factory's 2016 catalog, plush toys of Classic Sonic and Classic Tails were teased to be coming soon.[1] In their 2017 catalog, only Classic Sonic was shown to be available, but plush toys of modern Sonic, Tails, Amy, Knuckles and Shadow were to be coming soon. The 2018 catalog had the same lineup except images of the new toys were present. The 2019 catalog revealed new big head emoji-styled plushes, and other products like pillows and inflatables.[1] Toys based on the Sonic film were teased to be coming soon in the 2019 catalog and on Toy Factory's website. In the 2022 catalog, blue/purple gradient versions of plushes were shown and geomaze style pillows.[2]
