The Tornado Boost is a Tag Action in Sonic the Hedgehog 4: Episode II which allows Sonic biplane the Tornado spin horizontally while boosting forward. It is used in Sky Fortress Zone, Act 1 to break yellow boxes that have Dr. Eggman's emblem on them, and it is mandatory for the final hit against the Metal Carrier in the Sky Fortress Zone Boss Act.
