Tod is a rat mobian with spikey yellow hair. Like Reeno he wears yellow army wear, brown gloves and brown boots.

Season one

Tod was a member of the Freedom Fighters who was sent on a mission with Reeno to take out Dr. Robotnik's communication lines, but the pair was captured and roboticized.
