The Thunder Plains Zone is a location that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog comic series and its spin-offs published by Archie Comics. It is a storm-infested Zone on Northamer which neighbors the Stone Stormlands Zone, and is the homeland to the Wolf Pack.[1]
Description[]
The Thunder Plains Zone is a wide-open grassland Zone located on Northamer on Sonic's World named after the perpetual lightning storms which obstruct its skies.[1]

Trivia[]
- The Thunder Plains appears to have replaced the Great Canyon as the Wolf Pack's homeland in the Post-Super Genesis Wave World. It is also based on the location where the Doomsday Pod in the episode "Cry of the Wolf" from the Sonic the Hedgehog, was destroyed.
