History[]
Secret of the Gods[]
In ancient Egypt, Thoth was an alien that hailed from another planet until he was exiled along with Set and Hathor, presumably due to Thoth's weakness. Arriving on Earth masquerading as a deities, Thoth and his comrades ruled over the human population and had them to build a pyramid. When they discovered Sonic the Hedgehog and Amy had come from Mobius, Thoth admitted doubts over Set's forceful way of ruling and insisted that they should rule through wisdom, not violence, but was berated by Set. Upon Set's defeat by Sonic and their outing as mortals, Thoth and Hathor suggested they should leave Earth, only to be shot down by Set with his Staff of Power.[1]
