Team Sonic is a group that appears in the Sonic Boom television series. It is the counterpart of Team Sonic from the Mirror Dimension, though they share a similar, though presumably more aggressive role of protecting their version of Bygone Island from Dr. Eggman.[2]
History

Past
For an unprecedented amount of time, Team Sonic has fought under Knuckles the Echidna's leadership to halt Dr. Eggman's evil plots for conquest.[2]
Season one
During a battle with Badniks, Team Sonic lost ground when Eggman brought in Octopus Bot. However, the tides turned when Knuckles joined the fight, though Knuckles got sent to the Sonic Boom World by Octopus Bot in the process. However, Knuckles soon returned and rejoined his team in their battle with Eggman.[2]
