Regarding the heights of the characters of the Pre-Genesis Wave, I think I've figured something out:

Sonic's height is 100 cm (3'3"), right? Well, what I figured out was that I divided 70 (marks) by 100 (cm).

The thing is I divide the number of marks by seven-tenths which gives me the number of centimeters.

Tails' height: 56 marks = 80 cm (2'8") (Same as his game counterpart)

Amy's height: 64 marks = 91 cm (3'0") (Her game counterpart's height is 90 cm (2'11"))

Knuckles' height: 72 marks = 103 cm (3'5") (His game counterpart's height is 110 cm (3'7"))

Sally's height: 73 marks = 104 cm (3'5")

Snively's height: 68 marks = 97 cm (3'2")

Dimitri's height: 93 marks = 133 cm (4'4")

Julie-Su's height: 84 marks = 120 cm (3'11")

Dr. Robotnik I's height: 132 marks = 189 cm (6'2")

Dulcy's height: 168 marks = 240 cm (7'11")

Dulcy's wingspan: 118 marks = 169 cm (5'7")
