Just here to say that the Heavy Magician doesn't appear to be modified during her fight in Titanic Monarch Zone- I don't think she qualifies as a Phantom Heavy.

The staff member from Sonic Mania (who can be looked up on the article's reference) calls her the "Phantom Magician", so there is nothing that can be argue against it.Ultrasonic9000 (talk) 09:54, August 25, 2017 (UTC)

Phantom Heavies
