"o" or "u"[]

I'm watching Artifact, the episode of Sonic Underground in which the city appears. However, the name of the city seems to be horribly inconsistent in the dialogue. Some characters (like Robotnik) call it "Mobupinchu", while others (like Sonia) call it "Mobopinchu". Which is the correct one, or are they both correct?
