Assuming picture[]

I have no intention of criticizing or doubting anyone's logic, as it seems steadfast. However, where is the info that says that this picture is of the Egg-Wily Machine X? Without any evidence, with no classified sources to back it up, and only one's vivid imagination (albeit not without its reasons), that picture can yet be determined to depict the machine.
