As far as I know, the organization is completely unnamed in the English versions, I'm fairly certain even in ''Sonic Gems Collection'' where they retranslated the story summaries. I'm pretty sure this name actually comes from Archie Comics, but names aren't usually crossed between continuities. Battle Bird Armada
