Most should be removed. We don't honestly need links for every trivial thing such as fictional, 1999, Japanese. They don't serve any real purpose and are more of an eye sore than useful link.

Please excuse typos, I spell phonetically more than I do from memory.

The word "Robots" is capitalized because it is part of the pages title.

Titles capitalize everything besides particle words (Had to look that group up, why was that never covered in Grade school or Highschool?) and a few others. All verbs nouns etc. are capitalized when in a title. Of course this is rule is also the cause of people Capitalizing Every Word due to the reason behind this rule being explained as titles needing the extra capitols to be more eye catching. Some people want Certain Words to be more eye catching than others, causing them to unwittingly capitalize Certain Words that they want the reader to pay attention to.

I'm unable to move the page because "Eggman's robots" (with a lowercase r) already exists as a redirect. Looking through the history, this page was initially created with the correct title, but someone changed it to a capital R. I didn't think that would prevent me from moving it back, though. Eggman's robots to Badniks?

GIven that Eggman calls his robot's Badniks in Sonic Lost World and that the Egg Pawn is shown to be animal-powered as well, thus breaking down the distinct differences between early and late enemies, should we consider changing the article name "Eggman's Robots" to "Badniks"Ultrasonic9000 (talk) 17:53, November 7, 2013 (UTC)

I'm in favor of this. I think someone promoted "Eggman's robots" because the Badnik term is a remnant of ye olde Robotonik days, but Sega's started using the term in significant capacity again. I think only Tails vaguely used the term in Sonic Heroes, but I don't think that was enough to say it completely overwrote any and all instances of Badnik. Besides, Badnik has the distinction of being considered...well, an actual unique proper noun. LinkTheLefty (talk) 19:37, December 13, 2013 (UTC)

Badniks are "Robotized" Animals?

So, according to the Sonic the Hedgehog Spinball manual, the process that Badniks are "robotized" animals (see here on pg. 7). Considering that it is spelled differently from Roboticization and that the robots in these games are the classical Badniks, that would mean that "robotization" is the term for the Badnik producing process. Would that mean that we have to make an article like Roboticization? Also, on the other hand, Sonic the Hedgehog Spinball is a game pretty outside the Sega "canon" due to the SatAM characters in it, so can we even use a term for the main series?
