Takeshi Sakakibara (榊原 武 Sakakibara Takeshi?) is a programmer from Sonic Team who has worked on games in the Sonic the Hedgehog series.

Career[]

Sakakibara's first game credit was Neon Genesis EVANGELION for the Sega Saturn in 1996.[1] The first Sonic game he worked on was Sonic Adventure. As part of Sega Studio USA, he moved to San Francisco in 1999 to develop Sega titles in the United States. The first time Sakakibara was lead programmer was for Shadow the Hedgehog. He also worked on NiGHTS: Journey of Dreams.
