Plot[]
The episode starts with Tails moving a potted plant into place before greeting the viewers and saying how he has met an awful lot of hedgehogs throughout the years. He goes on to comment on how they have different personalities and perspectives which got the fox thinking of inviting them on the show to get to know them better, as he introduces a new segment he calls "between two Hedge-Hogs". He then introduces the two fastest hedgehogs he knows, that being Sonic the Hedgehog and Shadow the Hedgehog, Shadow begins saying how he wants to get this over with but Sonic chimes in and mentions how when Tails pitched it to him, he thought they were going to be saying things about Shadow when he was not on the show. Shadow challenges the hedgehog in saying if he has something to say to his face, Tails then tells them that they are there to make amends.
Sonic mentions how they never really got along that well with Shadow agreeing by saying they have been at odds since they met. Sonic teases him by saying his personality is more attractive than his, while Shadow retaliates saying that when he is around Sonic, he feels repulsed as Tails tries to lighten the mood by saying two opposites attract mentioning how they have put aside their differences to save the world. One example the fox mentions are how they put the ARK back in orbit; Sonic mentions how he was surprised how he could go super as well, to which Shadow replies to everything Sonic can do he can do better, leading to Tails commenting how they can get along until Sonic mentions when Shadow jumped them during there next encounter. Shadow replies by saying how Sonic could have moved out the way, to which Sonic teases him and Shadow being oblivious to the tease. Tails then backs up Sonic, with him trying to say that Sonic is basically saying they have worked together despite their battles. Tails then challenges them to say one good thing about each other to which they both groan as Sonic mocks Shadow's earlier comment about "doing everything you can do, better", and he asks the blue hedgehog to prove him wrong. Sonic starts off by saying that his Chaos Control ability is impressive and Shadow reluctantly comments his amazement at how Sonic can pull off the same trick, and with a Fake Emerald. Tails celebrates but Shadow replies with warning Sonic if he gets in his way he will be crushed, Sonic replies by saying he will show Shadow who's boss the next time they throw down. Shadow then challenges Sonic to an immediate race around the entire island with Shadow using chaos control to get a head start while Tails says goodbye to the viewer.
