The Super Ring is a power-up that appears in the Sonic Boom series. When obtained, it grants several Rings at once.

Description[]

In gameplay, the Super Rings can be found in the main playable levels, where the player can obtain them by touching the item capsules containing them. These capsules' design differs between games. When obtaining a Super Ring, the player is instantly granted multiple Rings at once. Originally, Super Rings only gave ten rings each. However, the amount has since increased, allowing different Super Rings, each granting a certain number of Rings. The amount of Rings these Super Rings grant is shown by the number they display.

Rings granted by Super Rings function like regular Rings, as the player is able to lose them after taking damage and collect them again after dropping them.

Notably, the fourth Blueprint upgrade, Map Accelerator 3.0, displays the location of individual Super Rings on the Adventure Map, making it easier to find them in the adventure levels.
