Starlight Carnival Survival is a second-round stage in Sonic Rumble, serving as one of the possible Survival modes where 16 players compete to avoid elimination.

In Starlight Carnival Survival, the sixteen players land on a rainbow-colored conveyor belt that moves forward at an increasing speed as the round progresses. Throughout the stage, players must navigate around randomly appearing obstacles such as blocks, crates, and moving barriers. To avoid these hazards, players can utilize trampolines or balloons that are sporadically placed along the conveyor belt. These balloons not only aid in bypassing obstacles but also drop rings when popped.
Barrels containing rings are also scattered throughout the stage. While destroying these barrels can yield extra rings, doing so may slow the player down, increasing the risk of falling behind or off the conveyor belt. Falling off the stage results in immediate elimination. The round ends when only eight players remain, who then advance to the final round.
