Spring Yard Zone is a location that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog film series produced by Paramount Pictures and its spin-offs. It is an alien area in the Earth's universe that Tails visited while searching for Sonic.[1]
Description
From what has been seen of this world, Spring Yard Zone is an area made of brown metal. The area also features a purple sky with orange clouds. Spring Yard Zone has as well Springs on the ground, Bumpers, and brown metal structures. Tails has theorized that the world of Spring Yard Zone may not follow certain laws of physics, as some objects and structures in Spring Yard Zone float in the air, unaffected by gravity.[1]

Sonic the Hedgehog 2: The Official Movie Pre-Quill
While looking for Sonic and trying to shake off some pursuers of his, Tails used a Ring to travel to Spring Yard Zone. After briefly exploring the world and failing to find Sonic, Tails detected that his pursuers were still following him, and so used another Ring to travel to Aquatic Ruin Zone.[1]
Trivia
- Spring Yard Zone is based on the Zone of the same name from the Sonic the Hedgehog series.
- Before its actual debut in the film series, assets of the original Spring Yard Zone were used in the credits of the Sonic the Hedgehog film to represent Paris.
