Space Gadget is a stage in the game Shadow the Hedgehog.

Space Gadget is one of five sixth stages.
To Reach
Space Gadget can be reached by completing the Hero mission of Sky Troops, the Normal mission of Mad Matrix, or the Dark mission of Death Ruins.

Destroy the defense systems!
- Guide: Doom's Eye
- Objective: Destroy the six defense units.
- Tips: Take the lowest path after the second defense unit.

Normal
Find the Chaos Emerald!
- Objective: Reach the Goal Ring.
- Tips: This mission is the exact same as the Hero mission, sans Sonic and a time limit. Remember to switch missions on the pause screen if you don't want the Hero mission.
When you reach the second room inside the ARK while riding the saucer, jump off and Homing Attack the Black Wing to bounce to the platform on the other side.
When you reach the room with lasers, use the Black Wings to get to the other side.

- Guide: Sonic
- Objective: Get to the Goal Ring before time runs out (i.e. before Sonic).
- Tips: Same as Normal mission.

Behind the Secret Door
A warp hole that leaves you high above the goal ring. A zip pad will shoot you to some speed rings and stop right at the goal. Helpful in Hero Mission.

Trivia
- The final racing duel between Sonic and Shadow in Sonic Adventure 2 is referenced at the beginning of the stage.
- If the player waits for Sonic to reach the goal ring, he will not appear, but Shadow will still fail the mission.
- If you choose to do the normal mission but get to the goal ring before Sonic does it will count as the hero mission and the player is stuck. You either have to wait, or take the scenic route.
- The title of this level on the loading screen spells like SPACE GRODGET.
- There is a glitch/trick on the part where Shadow must grind on a long-winded rail in order to reach the Chaos Emerald. If one manages to use Chaos Control there at the proper time, Shadow will fly forward as usual, but once he hits one of the boost rings, he'll fly backwards instead.
- This level is based off of Crazy Gadget from Sonic Adventure 2.
