Space Colony Ark is the eleventh world in Sonic Speed Simulator. This world is based on the location of the same name from Sonic Adventure 2. It can be unlocked after the playable character buys the world for 30,000,000 Rings. The eleventh questline is located here, which is used to unlock Android Shadow Yellow as a playable character. The Zone currently features an event which can be completed to unlock Adventure Shadow as a playable character.

Description

Space Colony Ark is based on Space Colony ARK from Sonic Adventure 2. As such, it is a hemispherical, gray-colored, Bernal sphere-type space station that vaguely resembles the face of Gerald Robotnik (and of Dr. Eggman as well), with two concave eye sockets and a very sharp nose which houses the Eclipse Cannon. On each side are three spikes.

Surrounding the ARK are several astronomical bodies like meteorites, asteroids and planetoids, which include the "Capsule Planet", the "Spherical Planet", and the "Holy Planet". Some of these bodies house research centers of their own, with one even having a massive tower surrounded by laboratories and machines.

Gameplay

The Space Colony Ark is filled with Grind Rails, Rings, and Chaos Orbs. Many pathways and Sky Rings can be found, but however the rings are only visible on Grind Rails.

This questline must be completed to unlock Android Shadow Yellow.

• Objective: Destroy 10 Space Geodes in Space Colony Ark.
  • Rewards: 30m Boost
• Objective: Earn 200,000 Rail Grind Points,
  • Rewards: 740,000 Rings
• Objective: Destroy 100 Badniks.
  • Rewards: 500 Red Star Rings
• Objective: Destroy 50 Space Geodes
  • Rewards: 780,000 Rings
• Objective: Collect 5,000 Chaos Orbs,
  • Rewards: 800,000 Rings, Android Shadow Yellow

Events

• Super Metal Overlord Event: Neo Metal Sonic isn't done yet after being beaten during the "Metal Overlord Event", transforming into Super Neo Metal Sonic and continuing the fight.
• Project Shadow Event: Collect Research Folders to unlock items and Adventure Shadow.
