Sonic the Hedgehog Volume 1: Fallout! (ソニック・ザ・ヘッジホッグ① フォールアウト！ Sonikku za Hejjihoggu ① Fōruauto!?) is the first volume in the Sonic the Hedgehog trade-paperback series published by IDW Publishing. This volume contains reprints of stories from Sonic the Hedgehog #1-#4.

- The quote "Gotta go fast" in the solicitation for this volume is the name of the American theme song for the Sonic X anime series.
- For unknown reasons, the variant cover gallery does not include the “B” covers for the four issues included.
- The cover for this volume went through a number of different versions before finally settling on the final one:
- The first cover originally advertised for the volume was the original promotional image for the series with the IDW logo removed from the top right corner.
- The second cover advertised for the volume was a horizontally flipped version of Sonic the Hedgehog #1's RI-C cover by Kieran Gates.
- The third cover advertised for the volume was the cover of Sonic the Hedgehog #1's A cover by Tyson Hesse.
- The fourth and final cover was shown to included a blue border around the image of the third cover, but the older one without the border was simultaneously shown for Kindle and Comixology[6] despite Amazon showing the updated image for purchase of the physical book. Eventually, this was changed to match the final print cover.
- In Brazil, this volume was published on 10 April 2021 by Novo Século under the name Sonic The Hedgehog - Volume 1: Depois da guerra.
