Sonic the Hedgehog 4 is an upcoming live action film based on the Sonic the Hedgehog series and the fourth entry in the Sonic the Hedgehog film series produced by Paramount Pictures, as well as the sequel to Sonic the Hedgehog 3.[3] Little is known about the project as of February 2025, besides the fact that the third film's post-credits scene set it up with the introduction of Amy Rose and Metal Sonic, as has happened in previous entries.[3] The film is scheduled to be released on 19 March 2027.[2]
