Sonic the Hedgehog 30th Anniversary Symphony was a musical concert that took place on 23 June 2021 as part of the 30th anniversary of the Sonic the Hedgehog series. The show was livestreamed on the official Sonic the Hedgehog YouTube channel and Twitch, and posted on YouTube on 23 June 2021. The full recording of the concert was later released as Sonic 30th Anniversary Symphony (Live).

Nakamura also announced that his band, Dreams Come True, will release a new version of the theme for Green Hill Zone with vocals as a single.

The second half of the event featured bands performing various vocal theme songs from the Sonic games.
