While majority of the game's graphics and animations for Sonic were copied from previous game on the Master System/Game Gear, the waiting animation was changed, rendering these three frames unused. They were used in the AutoDemo prototype.
The entire body of the Hiyoko Master, whereas in the final game, only its head and neck are visible. The legs are even animated.

Description
A peaceful, ethereal-sounding tune. This song was removed from the Game Gear version and replaced by the sound effect that plays when Sonic (and Tails) where the camera pans up to the sky of the stars at the end of the credits. Both of them use the same value ID ($92).
