Sonic the Hedgehog (ソニック・ザ・ヘッジホッグ Sonikku za Hejjihoggu?) is a mobile phone game released through the Sonic Cafe service offered by Sega in 2005. It is a port of the 16-bit version of Sonic the Hedgehog released for the Sega Mega Drive, and it was later ported to the Sega Mobile service under the name, Sonic the Hedgehog Mobile.
Gameplay[]
The gameplay of the 2005 version of Sonic the Hedgehog is somewhat similar to the earlier Sonic Cafe version from 2001. A key difference between the two is that while the first port was comprised of just the first Zone, this game has six Zones for the player to enjoy, each with three Acts.
