Synopsis[]
Sonic and Porker Lewis have been tied to the rollercoaster rails by the Marxio Brothers. Sonic claims he has no plan for getting out, which immediately makes Porker panic, before Sonic admits that he was just kidding and had a plan all along (his sense of humour is very strange). They are both freed just in time, and while Porker drops down to the ground, Sonic rides the cart straight for the Marxio Brothers! He follows them straight into the heart of the Casino Night Zone (noting the insanity of doing so) and attempts to recover the disruptor that Porker intended to use to reprogram the Zone's master computer so that the gaming machines will pay out. However, just before he gets it, Grouchio smashes the disruptor.
Just then, Sonic decides to leave. He reveals he didn't need the disruptor after all: he was just buying time so that Porker could reprogram that computer manually. Outside, everyone is winning! Even Sonic is impressed at how well Porker did. Not only that, but a few moments later the giant Robotnik statue's head explodes, taking the Zone master computer with it! Sonic and Porker leave, having ended Robotnik's evil scheme in the Casino Night Zone! And that's just the beginning!

Tokyo, 1993. The Neo Zeed Building, the "legitimate" face of the Neo Zeed assassins, is a veritable fortress with an impenetrable security system. Joe Musashi has observed it carefully, disguised as a newspaper seller. The Neo Zeed have killed his sensei with poison - a dishonourable death - and kidnapped his lover, Naoko, and trapped her in the Neo Zeed skyscraper. Now Musashi is determined to rescue her, and if he cannot defeat Neo Zeed technology then he will bypass it, by gliding to the very top of the 100-storey building and working downwards. This time, he will use their own technology against them.
Trivia[]
- There is a Sega sign in front of the Neo Zeed Building.
