This is a set of general guidelines to follow when creating and editing mainspace articles concerning a TV Show Episode related to the Sonic the Hedgehog series franchise. Although this is an official guide, editors are encouraged to stray from them if it will improve the overall quality of the article.

Legend[]

  • Yellow boxes are general guidelines meant to pertain to the main text on the page.
  • Green boxes are guidelines for headers.
  • Red boxes are guidelines for anything else.

When setting up an TV episode article, it is mandatory to set up the template Tab at the top of the article. The first tab1 is to be set to "Main page" while the third is to be set to "Transcript", like this in the source code:
{{Tab
|tab1 = Main page
|tab2 =
|tab3 = Transcript
}}

Some TV Episode articles may have an abundance of images and screenshots available which make render the page unnecessarily large and difficult to navigate. A separate gallery-tab page from the main page to hold the images is to be included in the Tab template too, like this (but only if the article's "Gallery" section holds sixteen or more images).

{{Tab
|tab1 = Main page
|tab2 = Gallery
|tab3 = Transcript
}}
Some TV Episodes have corresponding ones coming before or after it. The "Episode order" template is to be placed here to allow quick navigation between and from corresponding episodes.
The "Infobox TV episode" template is to be inserted here.
