Sonic Rush Original Groove Rush is the official soundtrack album of Sonic Rush for the Nintendo DS. It was released on 23 November 2005 and published by Wave Master. All tracks on the album are composed and arranged by Hideki Naganuma with the exception of tracks 15, 23 and 24. Teruhiko Nakagawa composed and arranged track 15 and did the re-arrangement on the Blazy Mix tracks. The soundtrack was released on digital music platforms on 27 June 2012, but was ultimately taken down years later.

The first seven tracks are the original digital versions (known as "Digital Remakin' Trax") composed by Hideki Naganuma while the remaining 38 music tracks are from the Sound Test of Sonic Rush.

Trivia[]
- In the digital release of this soundtrack, Track 15 was renamed to "Blaze Appear".
- The track "Ethno Circus" had a Digital Remakin' Trax version produced, but it did not appear on the soundtrack due to the limited storage capacity of CDs.[1]
- Strangely, "Medley Rush #1" and "Groove Rush #6" do not appear on the soundtrack, with the latter not even appearing in the game.
