Sonic Reversi Hyper (ソニックリバーシハイパー[7] Sonikkuribāshihaipā?) is a mobile phone game released as part of the Sonic Cafe service in 2005 and later for the Puyo Puyo! Sega service in 2008, both offered by Sega. It is the sequel to Sonic Reversi.

Gameplay
In this game, the player controls Sonic the Hedgehog in a standard game of Reversi against a variety of opponents, each with their own level of difficulty. Rings are earned as the game is played, and high-scores can be submitted to a server, with a chance of winning prizes.
The game can be played against either a computer or a separate person by passing the mobile phone around.
The main mode of gameplay, Official Match (公式戦 [7] kōshikisen?), can only be accessed three times in a day, as a Ring is required to play. The opponent is decided through a roulette.[8] After the game, the player's score can be uploaded to the online leaderboards.

Other modes
Sonic Reversi Hyper features multiple different modes of gameplay, including:
- Practice Match (練習試合[7] renshū shiai?): This is the same as the standard game, just without the daily limit on play. Also, the player can select any opponent to play against.
- Competition (対戦 [7] taisen?): This is the multiplayer mode of the game, where two players can go head to head.
