The Galaga Bee's archive (EnemyGalagabee) contains a few unused models: "Galaga Beecar", which has a blue visor, "Galaga Beegar", which has a shield and a purple visor, and "Galaga Beespe", which has a drill and a red visor. The only variant that was used is "Galaga Beenor."

Unused text[]
There is an unused text that explains the player that they can use spin dash the surface of the water while running along without falling in. Although this is possible to do in Windy Hill Act 2, via the puddle near the beginning of the level, this string of text does not appear.
You can use the SPIN DASH to run along the surface of the water without falling in.
Unused option[]
Found only in the PCversion of the game is an unused option named "Screen Space Ambient Occlusion". If it were used in the final game, it would be available for the player to use to enable or disable it in the video options menu. This option was disabled in the final game and cannot be turned on by any normal means.
Unused Wisps/Color Powers[]
In the game's files, there is some data relating to three Wisps that never appear in the final game. The Blue CubeColor Power and Pink Wisp were most likely scrapped since the game is heavily focused on 3D platforming, being very little 2D sections in the final game. The third one relates to what seems to be an unused snake transformation. It's unknown what this would have done.
Although this Goal Ring is used in the Wii U version, for the Multiplayer VS mode, this goes unused in the PC version as the feature was removed from the final game. However, the model, sound effect, and coding can still be found in the game's files.
Unused audio[]
Unused music[]
A clip that is somewhat to be a melancholy-sounding item fanfare. It also includes alongside the other four variants, with the internal filename sys_jingle_release_ng ("ng" is a common abbreviation for "no good").
Unused Eggman dialogue[]
These voice clips were possibly planned for the Eggrobo boss, with most of the files mainly being a bunch of grunt sounds. Some of these did get used in the Nintendo 3DSversion of the game.

Ohohohoho! Prepare yourself!
To think that I'd actually have to do this myself...
Always getting in the way of my plans.
*Laughing*
I won't- I won't let you get away with this...
Your- Your not getting away with this!
I'm sick of you getting in the way every single time!
