e0100 – Intro[]
Rouge descends from the pitch black darkness.
She gloats in front of the steel door with the Eggman symbol on it.
SE: Sound of an electronic lock being removed
SE: Sound of the steel door opening
In the center of a dark room, one egg-shaped capsule stands in an eerie green light.
The inside is invisible.
Rouge walks up to it.
Rouge: I finally found it! So this is the Doctor’s treasure! (3.5 SEC)
Rouge looks for the capsule’s open switch. She quickly runs her hand over the console and tries to open the capsule.
SE: Sound of lights coming on in the console
SE: Sound of a capsule opening
Cut-over: Omega eyes glow in the dark in response to the opening of the capsule.
The restraints holding Omega’s body in place come crashing off, and Omega staggers to his feet on the floor.
SE: Sound of restraints coming off
SE: Sound of Omega’s footsteps
Cut-over: Rouge stares in surprise at the contents of the opened capsule. Shadow, who was sleeping inside, slowly opens his eyes.
Cut-over: Omega appears with the sound of footsteps from the darkness.
SE: Sound of Omega’s footsteps
Rouge looks back at his presence. Omega is at the ready with his arms as machine guns. Shadow wakes up and suddenly jumps aside with Rouge in his arms.
SE: Sound of a machine gun being fired
SE: Sound of a capsule exploding
Rouge (surprised): Shadow! (0.5 SEC)
Shadow: Stay here. (1.0 SEC)
Shadow, with Rouge in the corner of the room, makes triangle jumps around the warehouse. Omega’s machine gun relentlessly aims and fires at Shadow, and the warehouse is lit up with muzzle flashes and the flames of machine gun bullets.
Omega: Eggman’s mechs must be eliminated! (2.0 SEC)
Rouge: ? (0.5 SEC)
Shadow kicks the ceiling, sharpens his hand to strike, and plunges into Omega.
Rouge jumps out to stop both of them.
Rouge: Hold up! (1.5 SEC)
Rouge breaks in between them just in time.
Shadow tries to thrust his pointed hand into Omega’s eyes. Omega puts the muzzle of his gun to Shadow’s head in the same way. Both are motionless. Rouge sighs in relief.
Cut-over: The three are standing in the dark. Rouge folds her arms.
Rouge (sighing): I see. I got the gist of it. (2.5 SEC)
Rouge (looking at Omega): You hate Eggman for locking you in here. (3.5 SEC)
Rouge (looking at Shadow): And you have no memory of what happened before. (3.5 SEC)
Shadow nods.
Rouge: Okay! Sounds good! Let’s take a pause here and look for Eggman together. (5.0 SEC)
Rouge takes Omega and Shadow’s hands and overlays her own.
Rouge (with a smile): A new team has been formed!
e0101 – Team Dark heads to the beach level[]
Team Dark rushes into the beach level.
Rouge: Are you two ready? (2 SEC)
Omega: Warning. You two get in my way, I’ll eliminate you on the spot. (4.5 SEC)
Shadow: Hmph! You better not fall behind either! (3.5 SEC)
Shadow starts running at once. Rouge and Omega follow behind.

e0102 – Team Dark vs. Egg Hawk[]
Eggman appears in front of the team riding a bird-shaped combat autogyro Egg Hawk.
Eggman: You guys have been awfully rough with my army! (4 SEC)
Omega: Priority target identified. Dr. Eggman, I’m taking you out. (4 SEC)
Eggman: You’re Omega! Hmph! You dare go against your master despite being a servant? (6.5 SEC)
Eggman: You pests don’t know your place! I’ll knock some sense into you! (3.5 SEC)
Eggman attacks with a no-questions-asked attitude.
Egg Hawk
e0103 – Team Dark heads to the city level[]
Eggman’s robots roam the streets below. The three members of Team Dark look over them.
Shadow: The Doctor seems to fully think we’re the enemy. (4 SEC)
Rouge (biting nails in frustration): In that case, we’ll hunt him down and question him to the bone. Any objections?! (4.5 SEC)
Omega: None. (1 SEC)
The three jump down to the townscape below.

e0104 – Team Dark vs. Team Chaotix[]
Rouge notices the suspicious trio Chaotix in the distance.
Rouge: What a shady bunch! You don’t think… (4.0 SEC)
Team Chaotix is walking through the streets.
Espio stops suddenly.
Vector: What’s up, Espio? (1.5 SEC)
Espio (turning around): Who goes there? (1.0 SEC)
Rouge speaks sharply at the Chaotix team.
Rouge: What are you guys doing wandering around here? (3.0 SEC)
The Chaotix team looks puzzled.
Vector: Who’s this broad? (1.5 SEC)
Espio: Our client’s adversary? (1.0 SEC)
Charmy: One of the stupids? (2.0 SEC)
Rouge starts trembling from anger.
Rouge (flipping out at once): Don’t play dumb with me! If you try to snatch my prey, I’ll show you no mercy! (4.5 SEC)
Character Boss (1) (Team Chaotix)
e0105 – Team Dark heads to the casino level[]
Rouge walks with folded arms and a sullen look on her face.
Shadow and Omega walk briskly in front of her.
Rouge (tilting her head): How weird… I thought they were definitely suspicious. (4 SEC)
Omega (looking ahead): Multiple enemies at 200 meters ahead. Entering combat mode. (5 SEC)
Shadow and Omega start running.
Rouge rushes after them.
Rouge: Ahh! Wait a minute, you guys! (3 SEC)

e0106 – Team Dark vs. Egg Hermit Crab[]
Eggman appears riding on a hermit crab-shaped mech with flashy lights of the casino stage in the back.
Rouge: Doctor! (1 SEC)
Omega, about to launch an attack, is restrained with one hand, and Shadow steps forward.
Shadow: Tell me, Doctor! Why was I asleep at that base?! How can I get my memories back?! (7 SEC)
Eggman: Memories?! Hmph, what foolishness! You shouldn’t have any memories to get back! (7 SEC)
Shadow: What…?! (1 SEC)
Eggman: Alright, the happy hour is over! I think it’s time for you to leave! (4.5 SEC)
Eggman’s mech attacks Team Dark

e0107 – Team Dark heads to the train level[]
The three run through the wilderness.
Omega: Eggman’s energy signature confirmed. His ground fortress is just ahead. (4 SEC)
The three fly over the canyon at once to reach the train level and continue running even faster.
Rouge: Still, I’m curious about what the Doctor said earlier. (3 SEC)
Shadow: It all starts with seizing the Doctor! Let’s go! (2.5 SEC)

e0108 – Team Dark vs. Egg Albatross[]
Rouge shouts when she spots Eggman’s airship flying ahead of where Team Dark is running.
Rouge: We finally cornered him! (1.5 SEC)
Shadow: Omega, revenge can wait! First, we’ll secure the Doctor! (3.5 SEC)
Omega: Understood. (1 SEC)
Egg Albatross
e0109 – Team Dark after Egg Albatross[]
Team Dark destroys the boss. The wreckage of the boss dissolves into mercury. Moreover, the Eggman inside is a robotic fake.
Eggman’s taunts are repeated from the broken fake in a tinny, cassette tape-like sound quality.
Eggman: Hohoho… hohoho… (4.0 SEC)
Omega shakes his fist in anger.
Capsules from the armored train are scattered around.
Shadow stands in the setting sun staring at them.
In one of the capsules lies a hedgehog with the exact same face as Shadow.
Rouge: Shadow… (2.0 SEC)
Rouge calls out Shadow’s name, but is at a loss for words.
Shadow turns on his heel and passes Rouge as if nothing happened.
Shadow: Let’s go. (1.0 SEC)
After the three leave, a mysterious figure rises from a pool of mercury.
Metal Sonic: Ultimate life form data… has been copied… (4.0 SEC)
(5) Giant Plants

e0113 – Team Dark heads to the mysterious castle level[]
Rouge (doubtfully): Are you sure it’s this way? (2.5 SEC)
Omega: Affirmative. (1 SEC)
Rouge (noticing how Shadow is doing next to her): What’s wrong? You look blank. Did you remember something? (2.5 SEC)
Shadow: No… let’s hurry. (3 SEC)
Rouge and Omega follow Shadow, who runs as if nothing happened.
Shadow (monologuing): That blue hedgehog who looks like me… the doctor saying I have no memories… who exactly am I…? (7.5 SEC)

e0114 – Team Dark vs. Egg Sea Anemone[]
Eggman appears in front of the team on a sea anemone-shaped mech.
Shadow: How is it, Omega?! (1 SEC)
Omega: The jamming is so severe that it is difficult to tell if it is Eggman himself. (3.5 SEC)
Rouge: I guess we just have to do it! (2 SEC)
Eggman: What’s the matter? Cold feet? Allow me to start, then! (4 SEC)
Egg Sea Anemone
e0115 – Team Dark heads to the airborne fortress level[]
Shadow’s team descends from the sky on Eggman’s aerial fleet.
Eggman (with audio from the speaker): Hohoho, you fools! You really went out of your way to dig your own graves. This is an invincible armada created by a genius to spread terror throughout the world! You’re going to taste that terror for yourself! (13 SEC)
Shadow clenches his fist on the spot.
Shadow: (muttering) Don’t underestimate me, Doctor… even if I’m a fake, (strongly) I am the ultimate being, Shadow the Hedgehog! (7 SEC)
Rouge and Omega follow Shadow as he leaps out.

e0116 – Team Dark vs. Egg Mobile Force[]
Eggman appears on a giant robot in front of the team that reached the flagship of Eggman’s fleet.
Rouge: All right, this game of tag is over! (2.5 SEC)
Omega: Interception preparation complete! (2.5 SEC)
Shadow: Sorry, Doctor. I’ll end this here! (3 SEC)
Eggman: Hmph! No more mercy! Shadow! Rouge! Omega! This place will be your grave! (7 SEC)
Egg Mobile Force
e0117 – Team Dark End[]
Team Dark defeats Eggman’s last trump card.
Omega: Target: Dr. Eggman. Elimination complete! (3.5 SEC)
Rouge looks down at Eggman lying damaged at her feet and grins.
Rouge proceeds to the back of the hangar.
Rouge: Now, let’s get the treasure! (2.5 SEC)
Rouge (gasping): …?!! (1 SEC)
Inside the hangar, the walls are lined with capsules containing Shadow androids.
Omega steps out beside Rouge.
Omega: I’ll dispose of this area. (3.0 SEC)
Rouge: Hey, Omega… you know how Shadow is an android… (5.0 SEC)
She stops in mid-sentence.
Rouge: Never mind… good luck. (2.5 SEC)
Rouge tries to turn on her heel and go back. Omega talks to her as they pass each other.
Omega: In order to create a copy… (2.0 SEC)
Rouge stops.
Omega: The existence of the original is essential. (2.5 SEC)
Rouge, noticing Omega’s concern, winks and leaves.
Shadow greets Rouge coming out of the hangar on the deck.
Rouge (non-seriously): Man, what a waste of effort! (2.5 SEC)
Rouge: Next time, I should get that Master Emerald while that echidna is gone! (4.5 SEC)
Shadow (snickering): Hmph. You’re as stubborn as ever. (2.5 SEC)
Shadow watches the Eggman fleet sinking beneath a sea of clouds.
Rouge smiles as she watches Shadow’s profile, satisfied with everything.
Rouge (off-screen and fading out): What do you mean, “as ever”? How rude! I may not look it, but I’m… (4.0 SEC)
Staff roll starts.
