Sonic Drive (ソニックドライブ Sonikkudoraibu?) is a move used primarily by Sonic the Hedgehog in Sonic Battle. In the game, it serves as Sonic's Ground Power.
Description
This Skill is unique due to it having two phases to its execution. In the first phase, the user throws out a Ring which continuously travels in the direction the user aimed at via a set pace, and can be blocked by walls.
When the Ring is already out, if the player then presses the R button again then the user will curl into the Spin Attack form to home in on the Ring, dealing damage to anyone caught in the path and launching them. The Ring stays on the field for around six seconds before disappearing, and will instantly disappear if the Spin Attack is used.
Emerl can randomly obtain this skill after participating in a fight with Sonic, either with or against him.
