This article details all relevant information regarding Events in Sonic Dash
Overview [ ] Events in Sonic Dash serve to unlock new characters and/or gain additional rewards. They were introduced around 2015 and only happened during crossovers with other brands to unlock their respective characters. Starting in 2019, however, Events for regular and upcoming characters started being held, and since then have become a regular feature.
The game currently contains two types of events which often run simultaneously: Card Boost events, and Daily Collectible events. During Card Boost events, players have a set amount of time to collect Cards for certain character(s), during which the spawn rate for said character(s) is increased. During Daily Collectible events, players can collect four event-themed items once per day to earn various rewards.
Events normally begin around (12:00 UTC) , and they usually last for a week.
