The alternate Sonic Boom World is a location that appears in the Sonic Boom series. It is an alternate dimension existing parallel to that of the Sonic Boom World where Sonic the Hedgehog never existed. As a result, this world's native Eggman never encountered significant opposition in his conquest of the world.[1]

Description[]

The reality of this dimension is physically like the Sonic Boom World in appearance, except for the hue of colors which cause changes such as pink skies, blue flora, and green lava. While this reality follows a timeline that has branched off from the Sonic Boom World's due to the absence of a native Sonic, many key similarities between the two dimensions still remain.[1]

History[]

TV series[]

Past[]

Unlike the Sonic Boom World, there was no Sonic the Hedgehog in this reality to stop Lord Eggman from expanding his influence, which allowed him to conquer and rule Seaside Island with an iron-fist. Meanwhile, Knuckles became a fitness celebrity, Tails joined Lord Eggman as his lab assistant, and Sticks and Amy would lead the Rebellion against Lord Eggman.[1]

Season two[]

Sonic eventually got tricked into the alternate Sonic Boom World by Dr. Eggman and Morpho when the villains schemed to get rid of him. Upon discovering how this world lived under the oppression of Lord Eggman, Sonic joined the Rebellion when they tried to recruit him. He then formed a Team Sonic made up of him and his friends' counterparts, and together they successfully defeated Lord Eggman. Sonic then returned to his dimension with the knowledge that Team Sonic, under Sticks' leadership, would be able to topple Lord Eggman's rule.[1]

In an effort to escape Shadow, who was out to kill him, Dr. Eggman traveled to the alternate Sonic Boom World and tricked Lord Eggman to take his place back home. When Sonic and Shadow later came to the alternate Sonic Boom World to find Dr. Eggman, the two hedgehogs came under attack by the doctor and Metal Sonic. While fighting, the four would cross into their home dimension when Dr. Eggman's Inter-dimensional Portal Creator got activated.[2]
